Andreas Vogiatzakis joins The Scale Factory’s advisory board
Andreas Vogiatzakis (pictured) has been appointed as part of the advisory board for The Scale Factory, to strengthen the company’s footprint in the Malaysian market and widen capabilities through tailored executive coaching and training geared towards challenges unique to fast growing start-ups.
The Scale Factory was founded in 2019 by Lars Bjoerge and Pierre Martensson to help deserving start-ups scale faster in SEA. Since their launch 18 months ago, The Scale Factory has attracted 18 Clients that are growing in and into the region, supported by Growth Consultants and Advisors.

According to Lars, SEA is among the regions that truly matters for Scale-ups in building their growth footprint.
With a rapidly digitising population of 650 million and a fast growing digital ecosystem driven by 12 home-grown unicorns and over USD 10Bn in annual venture capital investments, Lars pointed out the emergence of two key trends. The first is the increased prioritisation of SEA from European and US tech companies and the second, a local and flourishing tech scene creating companies eager to accelerate intra Asian growth and beyond.

A veteran in the marketing industry, Andreas is also a Certified Executive Coach and Trainer, a Certified NLP Practitioner, TEDx speaker, author, emcee, and was among the top 100 most inspirational LinkedIn icons list awarded by Marketing in Asia in 2019.
As a marketing expert, Andreas has guided businesses and executives to define their purpose and achieve exponential growth and success. During his tenure, he built and managed several media agencies for Publicis, Omnicom, WPP and Havas, leading them to flagship positions in their respective markets.
