Nando’s is saying it’s never too late for joy and celebration with #recelebrate2020.

Nando’s and two-time Golden Kancil winner Fishermen Integrated have come together again, this time to help Re-Celebrate 2020.

The campaign offers many perks between 28th September till 1st November. There’s also a special gift for Nando’s members who couldn’t celebrate their birthdays due to the lockdown (March to August babies).

Mark Darren Lee, MD for Fishermen, says, “Timing is super important as it has a huge impact on a campaign’s vitality. We are thrilled Re-Celebrate 2020 went viral and received such a good response. This was made possible by the awesome family we are blessed to have in our sampan at Fishermen.”

So far, the teasers and launch video have garnered over 80,000 reactions from netizens as well as brands like GSC, MBO, myBurgerLab, Marrybrown, EVA Airways, Xiaomi Malaysia and more.

Elaine Chiew, Senior Marketing Manager at Nando’s Malaysia comments that the campaign is in the spirit of the restaurant chain’s ongoing #KeepTheFlameBurning initiative.

“We know people are looking for ways to dine-out safely and spend more time with friends and family. The Re-Celebrate 2020 campaign allows customers to enjoy our very own hospitality of humour and warmth.”

“Our commitment also continues with support through discounts to frontliners and donations to those in need or emotional support to Nando’s fans,” reminds Stephen Chew, Nando’s Malaysia CEO.

Nando’s opened its first restaurant in KL in 1998 and Malaysia is now has 76 Nando’s restaurants, known for the legendary flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken.

Each restaurant is unique and different in design, no two Nando’s restaurants in the world look the same!
