Huawei Experience Stores Nationwide Now Offering P50 Pocket At RM 2,000 Off Until 30 April

Huawei Malaysia has recently launched its Hari Raya sale, which is happening now until 30 April 2023, exclusively via its physical Experience Stores nationwide. According to the brand, customers can expect huge savings throughout this promotion, including for its P50 Pocket foldable smartphone that’s currently offered at RM 2,000 off for all variants.

To recap, the Huawei P50 Pocket was originally launched in Malaysia in early January of last year, and it is the brand’s first-ever compact-sized foldable smartphone with a clamshell-like form factor. It carries two displays; a 1.04-inch OLED external screen, and a larger internal OLED screen that measures at 6.9 inches when unfolded. The latter features a native resolution of 1188 x 2790 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate, and a 10.7 MP selfie camera housed within a punch-hole cutout.

Internally, the phone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, and a 4,000 mAh battery with 40 W fast charging support via USB-C. Memory configurations differ depending on the available variants; the standard white edition comes with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, while the gold-coloured Premium Edition has 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. And for reasons that’s already been made known for several years now, the P50 Pocket can only support up to 4G connectivity and runs on Huawei’s own Harmony OS instead of Android.

As mentioned earlier, you can now get either variant of the compact foldable smartphone at RM 2,000 off their current retail price via all Huawei Experience Stores nationwide. However, do keep in mind that stocks are limited, so certain variants may not be available at different branches. For instance, the Mid Valley outlet only has the Premium Edition available at this time.

Also, you may have noticed that the header image above shows that the variant is priced at RM 5,799 instead of the promised discounted price. When asked regarding this, Huawei Experience Store attendants assured us that the phone is indeed offered at RM 5,299, which is RM 2,000 off from its current retail value of RM 7,299.

• MateBook X Pro with 12th gen Intel i7 + 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage at RM 8,999 (RM 1,000 off)
• MateBook D15 with 11th gen Intel i5 + 8 GB + 512 GB at RM 2,499 (RM 300 off)
• MateBook D16 with 12th gen Intel i5 + 16 GB + 512 GB at RM 3,799 (RM 200 off)
• Watch GT 3 42 mm with leather strap at RM 899 (RM 200 off)
• Watch GT 3 SE at RM 799 (RM 100 off)
• Watch D at RM 1,799 (RM 200 off)

Keep in mind that some Huawei Experience Stores may not carry some of the products mentioned above. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that you can also find these devices, with the exception of the P50 Pocket, offered at the same discounted prices on the brand’s online store via its official website.
