Arts and culture still under Tourism portfolio, says Tiong

PETALING JAYA: After some confusion, Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing (pic) confirms that arts and culture are still under the Tourism Ministry.

In a tweet Thursday (Dec 8), the newly appointed Tourism Minister said that the ministry’s name would also remain as the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry.

In his tweet, he said the decision had been made at the first meeting on 10th Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s Cabinet on Wednesday (Dec 7).
