North Klang OCPD Asst Comm S. Vijaya Rao confirmed the arrests.

The video of the incident, showing the man purposely walking over the kolam and vandalising it, had caused widespread outrage online.

A police investigation was launched after a police report was lodged against the video.

In a statement on Sunday, KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital said that they had been informed of the video that allegedly depicted one of their staff.

“KPJ Klang does not condone any act of disrespect among its staff within the compound of the hospital. We have launched an internal investigation into the video and stern action will be taken should our staff is (found to be) involved,” it had said.
