Selangor Ruler and Tengku Permaisuri extend their Christmas to Malaysian Christians

PETALING JAYA: The Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin have extended their Christmas greeting to all Christians in Malaysia.

They hoped the celebration would continue to foster mutual respect and strengthen the unity among the people of all races.

“Together we can make this celebration a spectacular one by renewing our pledge and common resolve to work for the unity and prosperity of our dear country,” they said in the state Ruler’s Facebook page on Christmas Day.

“Their Royal Highnesses hope this holiday season finds you among those you love, sharing in the twin glories of generosity and gratitude.

“May your heart and home be filled with all of the joys the festive season brings.

“Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Season’s Greetings,” the post read.
