Sharp launches Sharp Cares flood relief programme

Malaysia was soaked in ruthless rain for the past several days and it was the worst in the past 50 years.

Many families lost their belongings due to floods just at the threshold of the New Year.

Sharp would like to lend a helping hand, and hope this Sharp Cares flood relief programme could help, so that they could return to normalcy.

This programme extends warm supports to their affected customers from Dec 25 till Jan 31, 2022.

Under this programme, Sharp would provide free inspection on all Sharp electrical appliances that were affected in the floods, and up to 50% discount on repair fees if the warranty period has expired; while for those need replacement, simply walk in to any of its Sharp authorised dealers stores to purchase any selected models, you are entitled to enjoy up to 60% discount or up to RM1,000 cash rebate.

“We read so many news about the floods, while Shah Alam is badly affected where our Sharp office is located.

“Hence, we hope with this Sharp Cares flood relief programme, we could help the families repair or replace their Sharp electrical appliances as soon as possible, and provide cash rebate in the replacement, so that these affected families could usher in the New Year and move on to their routines,” said Ting Yang Chung, managing director of Sharp Malaysia.
