Touch ‘n Go eWallet app currently not available for download on Apple’s App Store

PETALING JAYA: The Touch ‘n Go eWallet app is currently listed as not available for download on the Apple App Store.

The issue is affecting new iPhone users who raised their concerns on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Facebook page, explaining that they can’t find the app to download from the App Store.

The company responded to a number of users on the page saying the they are currently working with Apple to resolve the matter. It also apologised to users and said they will be informed when the matter has been resolved.

However, it did not provide any explanation as to why the app is not available for download on the App Store.

In other responses to users, the company also assured existing users that all the features on the app are not affected by the issue and customers who had previously downloaded the app on their Apple devices can continue using it normally.
